  1. We invite educational institutions, community groups, charities, individuals, governments, councils, unions and businesses to apply to purchase a one-off screening licence to exhibit the YURLU | COUNTRY film to students, staff and members of the public (“Screening Licence”).
  2. After purchase of the Screening Licence, you will be emailed a link to download materials to support your event.
  3. For cinema screenings: Cinema’s screen films via Digital Cinema Package (DCP) files. Please add the DCP file transfer fee in addition to your license fee if you plan on screening the film in a cinema. This will involve contacting your preferred cinema for cinema hire rates and availability and is separate to our fees. Once locked in, our team will liaise with the cinema and send them the DCP. We require a minimum two weeks’ notice to send the cinema the DCP file.
  4. For non-cinema screenings: You will be emailed a Film Link to stream the film seven days before your event. It is your responsibility to test the Film Link on your equipment before your event to ensure it is compatible with your equipment and plays back correctly. We cannot issue refunds for technical mishaps at your event.
  5. Once you have tested the Film Link, your Screening Licence gives you the right to exhibit the Film Link once only at your event. You may make your event open to the public or private invite only. You may fundraise and/or sell tickets at a price of your choosing and retain all the revenue. Should you wish to show the film multiple times you must purchase additional Screening Licences.
  6. Any use of the Film Link outside the bounds of this licence, including screening it more than once or sharing it with other people is strictly prohibited. We reserve our rights to take action against you if you breach the conditions of this licence.
  7. We reserve the right to revoke the Screening License and issue a refund within 14 days of purchase, should it be found that the screening of the film does not align with its values.
  8. It is your responsibility to organise and manage all facets of the event including but not limited to logistics, promotions, panel discussions, guest management and partners.
